Vision - values - Priorities

Mona’s own life reflects the unique diversity of the 8th District. She is as comfortable speaking with tech leaders and union workers as she is with farmers and ranchers who call Central Washington home.

Mona believes that the people of the 8th District deserve a Congressional representative who knows that on three of our most important issues, more unites us than separates us.

  • Healthcare: In America today, no one should lose their life due to lack of access to care. Affordable access to quality care - especially in our rural communities - should be available to all, regardless of party affiliation or economic status.

  • Economic Alignment: Our region is booming, but not everyone is reaping the benefits. We need a leader who can help make sure our community's prosperity reaches all four corners of our state.

  • Sustaining Our Quality of Life: Let’s be honest. Some are lucky enough to be born here, but many more of us came to Washington from somewhere else. Regardless, we stay for many of the same reasons. Now more than ever, these shared qualities that sustain our lives must be protected.
